Not been on here for a longtime!!
Just bought a Ladycare magnet as really struggling with menopause 
Has anyone got any experiences good or bad that you would like to share???

Hi Kayty,
I swear by it. I’m on Tamoxifen and have been very lucky with menopausal symptoms, which I am attributing to the magnet.Hot flushes have been minimal,no night sweats, no problems with bloating or weight gain etc… I forget I am wearing it most times now. Good luck! (downside though is sticking to the car when cleaning it or the filing cabinet at work!!!)
