hi my last chemo was 22nd may. i could only cope with 4. i wore cold cap and have kept my hair.i had to take cold cap off an hour before end and my hair started to fall out. but only about 30 hairs a brush . this is a lot for me as my hair never falls out normally. its slowed down now to about a dozen or so. i am 50 and now looking 70 i need to colour my hair. i only do it at home so not hairdressers strength. i read somewhere you had to wait 6 months from last chemo so hair was stronger. any views or ideas welcome from a grey grey 50 year old

Yes you can dye your hair but only using organic hair dye Only one I know of that sells it here is sainsbury’s
