I have been on Arimadex for two and a half years. I have shooting pains down my right leg. Sometimes in the thigh and sometimes in the front of the calf muscle. I also have unusual pains in my feet mostly when I go to bed or wake up. They feel like pins and needles but a little milder. Still quite disturbing. I wonder if anyone has heard of this before. It is all a bit of a puzzle trying to put symptoms together.
