Hi there I have been prescribed letrozole following stage 2 breast cancer and a mastectomy with reconstruction. I am really confused about the Calceos I have also been given- I need to take 2 a day but can’t work it out as you need to avoid certain foods around it which is basically what I eat for breakfast and lunch. Is anyone else taking it and how do you manage?! Thank you
