Please can anyone let me know which or if any supplements will help with this problem stiffness and joint pain. I have been taking letrozole for about six months now I was ok at first but seems as if now I am starting to get these side effects .

I find I am better when I have exercised, much more stiff on days when I don’t walk or go to the gym. I also use Magnesium bath soak and Magnesium Oil which does seem to help a bit!
Hi Susiex - I’ve been on Letrozole for just over one year now and am having problems with joint pain especially my knees and fingers (I already had osteo arthritis). At my first year review in August the oncologist suggested Glucosamine which I am now taking along with a daily cod liver oil tablet. To be honest, I don’t think they are making any difference, but they’re not doing any harm so I’ll keep on taking them. I have also take Solpadpol 30/500, but try to take them only when really necessary because they are a powerful painkiller. I’ve accepted that the joint pain is something I just have to live with, but it’s hard to accept that I now go up and down the stairs like a 90 year old! Sigh…
