Hi Nutmeg1. I have been taking Letrozole for 18 months without problems. I have no joint pain at all but some dizziness at the start which has gone away after a few months in. Hope your experience is good too

I’ve been on Letrozole for a year after two years on Tamoxifen. I’ve been fine on it. Some symptoms, yes, but they settle down and my joint pain has now eased off considerably so it’s important to keep going as things do get better. I stick
With Accord brand that seems to suit me better. It takes a bit of trial and error in the early months and nobody seems to know why different brands suit better than others, but it’s definitely a thing.
You will often read about people who have struggled on AI’s but it’s important to remember that a lot of people tolerate them well and just get on with it. Do keep going. They’re your safety net against recurrence.
