I didnt know where to put this message but i really wanted to share a good experience I had the other day in purchasing a couple of bras, I know there are a couple of places to go but I thought I would share this experience at Marks and Spencers in Manchester, and the bras are really feminine and pretty.
Having just gone through a mastectomy operation and currently going through chemo I managed to get myself along there in order to purchase a couple of bras.
May I say what exemplary service I received in the lingerie department of the branch at the bottom of Market Street. The lady’s name is Helen who served me with efficiency, absolute compassion and discretion from start to finish and on the strength of that I will not be using any other supplier for lingerie requirements.
I haven’t posted here for quite some time, but now I just have to say that I agree with you. I visited Manchester for the first time in Feb this year. ( Living in Norway) I always stock up my lingerie drawers when I visit England and M&S. Having had a WLE three years back, I still haven’t got used to buying bras, I just HATE it.
But at the same M&S I was also served by Helen, who was brilliant and discreet and found exactly the right bra for me. I bought three right away and a few more of the same in Dublin this summer. Hopefully I am going back to Manchester the weekend before Xmas and if so, I will most certainly go back to M&S in Market Street.
I wish Helen (and her supervisor) would know what difference she makes to her customers by being so professional and caring.
