is this true - live chat cancelled again - i am feeling very isolated at the moment …mind you where is the link to live chat - cant find it anywhere so even if it was on probably couldn’t find it …hope everyone is ok - i know these changes are to improve the site / service but can’t find threads , its very quiet on here and no live chat … which was a bit of a lifeline to me…lonely cold tuesday evening. hope things are better for you lot out there…jaynex

I certainly hope not! On a serious note though, sorry if the lack of live chat has disappointed you, we know how much you enjoy these sessions and hopefully the technical guys can sort it asap.

Hi Jo -

i am not sure enjoy is the right word to be honest…I enjoy a good film, but this is mutual support to those of us in really terrible situation, There is no secondary support group at my hospital or in my area - this is it. i can’t talk to my family about my symptoms as it distresses them so much. I would really like to check in with other and see how they are getting on…so would like to see this back!

I am really disappointed there was no live chat again and Jo’s message only went up at 2012 hrs which is very late considering that I’m sure you were aware of this earlier in the day. There is usually a post inviting us to secondary chat that goes up in the afternoon. My whole family’s bedtime routine is altered on a tuesday night so that I can have this hour to chat with other women in the same boat and feel very bereft without it.
It is not the same just posting on the open forum as there is no instant feedback and no privacy.
We already feel like a bunch of cinderella’s and this just compounds the feeling that our needs are not a priority.
Please can you look into this and see if it will happen next week or if not then to let us know earlier in the day as a lot of us really depend on this live chat for mutual support and understanding
