Hi ladies , I had a mx with delayed recon 6 months ago and I was a 36g boob so my prosthesis is rather large and heavy , I now think that it may be giving me pain between my shoulder blades even though I never had back ache with my real boobs , does any one else have this issue and is there anything I can do until I find out when and what recon I can have
It may be because having a mastectomy puts everything out of kilter and the fact that your remaining boob is quite large that may be having an effect on your back muscles. I don’t think it is anything to do with the fact that the prosthesis is heavy but I could be wrong
