losing toe nails!
losing toe nails! Help! I finished taxotere March 07 and since yesterday and today I have lost 3 toe nails! any advice?
nails hello i too had nail trouble after tax but i can assure you they do come back my fingernails were the worst i could peel them off!! but now ive a new set but it does take a bit of time put loads of creams on them and when they grow put nail strenthener on top it does help hope you continue to grow!! love lynn xx
Don’t worry. My nails started blackening towards the end of my Taxol . They were disgusting for several months after Chemo but did eventually grow back.

My nails were quite bad, and a few fell off, but after several months and strengtheners etc they look ok now…

My nails are a bit grotty but they have stayed on so far.
I finished chemo in march as well. I was wondering what your hair re-growth was like.
I’ve just posted about it.
Will be glad when I can take the covers off the mirrors!

I am going to be bald for the rest of my life but at least my nails grew back!
Hair colouring I know this subject has been covered before but I can’t find the link so can someone please tell me how long I have to wait before colouring my one inch long grey curly new hair. I finished my chemo on 5th Feb and rads 2nd March. Why do we have to wait ? is it because of our scalps or does it depend on the length of regrowth?
I’m going away for a long weekend in the middle of June so it’ll be four months after treatment finished. It will be the first time away since dx last July and I really don’t want to wear my wig but I really don’t want grey hair either.
I know it sounds trivial after everything thats happened but I don’t feel like me anymore. Any advice would be great
