Lump didn't show on ultrasound

Hi everyone,

 

I am a 21 year old woman who suffers from Addisons and Polycystic ovaries. I noticed pain, redness, itchiness and a lump in my right breast several weeks ago. My gp also felt the lump so sent me for an ultrasound. However the consultant said she couldn’t feel the lump or see anything on the ultrasound - but the lump is harder to feel when I raise my arms. Should I get a second opinion or take this as gospel?

If the lumps still there you need to know what it is. Definitely get a second opinion for peace of mind! Xxx
