Hi, this is my first time posting.
Last week I found a lump in my right breast, it’s painless and irregular plus about 2cm in length . I saw my gp on Thursday who has made a referral… I received my appointment within 2 days ?..I have to attend the breast clinic this Thursday just a week from seeing my gp.
There is history of breast cancer in my blood line - extended family.
I’ve a large family with young children and I’m 34 years old … To be honest I need some hand holding as only 3 people know .
Hi Mbee,it’s a horrible scary time .I have spoken to many ladies on this forum over the last 12 months who have been in your position and the vast majority of them have got good news, they have had other explanations for their breast symptoms .Keeping everything crossed you are one of the lucky ones too.Let us know how you get on ,this forum is a great place to share anxieties / thoughts you would rather not worry your friends and family with .You are most definitely not alone in this .Jill.

You’re not alone, it’s rotten waiting for results. Keep coming back here for a bit of comfort and to sound off and do deep slow breaths… I do know easier said than done, but it does give a bit of calm. Hope all goes well, let the us know how you get on and don’t stew alone!

I’m not sure how to feel at the moment , numb at the moment was extremely emotional when I seen my gp as was hoping he was going to say if was all in my head.
I also keep getting indigestion not sure if it’s a symptom but trying not to google

I have dimpling in the lump area which I’ve only just noticed ?
breast tissue can be dimpled naturally ,you get hyper aware of everything when you are anxious .
