Lymph node removal - excercises please

Hi all

I had my lymph nodes removed about 10 days ago but did not get the excercises that you need to do. Someone did tell me they are on here somewhere but I cant find them. Can anyone help direct me as I really don’t want to seize up !!

Results were 19 removed, 5 affected. ONC appt on 29.9.08
