Just jumping in from February thread. Keep up the exercise as much as you can. That’s what I’ve been doing. Loads of walking, occasional run (even a flat jog sends my HR into zone 4/5 so I’m being cautious), weight training and Pilates. I’ve scrapped spinning classes as it’s too stuffy and sweaty, don’t want to catch anything. Exercise not only makes you feel better and a bit of normality but moderate exercise helps neutrophils too (something I’ve suffered from - neutropenia). Well done you ![]()
