thanks yes dawn on monday , every time i hear thuis news i feel it is the end of the road for me , they say maybe weekly taxol , when do we ever get a break ? xxx

thanks lucy i think i may phone xx

Hi Tracy

I have been wondering how you are. Sorry to hear about your markers as Dawn says some oncs don’t worry about markers, what have they gone up to. My friend who had bc a year ago has regular blood tests and her markers have gone up to 29 but she doesn’t appear to have the c back. My onc says they can go up and down and it doesn’t mean anything suspicious if a great increase then of course they will look at results. Your bad toe could have something to do with the white blood count.

I hope you feel better after the brandy please keep positive I know its hard and going to hospital gets us all keyed up.

Sending you a big hug and lots of love

So sorry to hear this, Tracy. Had been thinking of you as hadn’t seen you post recently.

Really hope the onc will come up with something good when you see him on Monday. I’ve “done” weekly Taxol and though it was tough going the last few cycles, initially it wasn’t too bad. Had 18 sessions that ended in early December.

Lots of hugs

Kay xx

Tracy

I have been looking out for your news as well, sorry to hear that the markers have gone up. I know how upsetting this must be, I really want xeloda to wok for me when I have to take it, its a shame it can’t work for everyone even if just for a while, have been looking for your progress on this, was hoping things would stabilise.

I am glad you are going straight to see the onc on monday and will find out whats next, Try to enjoy the weekend if possible, maybe get out in the camper? Hope that the family is spoiling you.

Wish I could say something really helpful - but sending you cyber hug, Let us know what happens on monday.

love
cathy
