Hi I was diagnosed on 28th march and will be having a mascetomy with sentinal node biopsy on april 30th, havent had any therapy mentioned yet , have to have an mri and a ct scan as well, my lump is 4cm by 2cm grade 3 invasive…x x

Big hug to you! I am sorry you are having to go through this tough time, but I am sure you will find lots of support and hand-holding on here. Its a horrid time to go through, but remember plenty of ladies have trod the path already and come out the other end.
I am someway down the line from you, I had a sentinal node biopsy and lumpectiomy last October, mastectomy on Jan 5th, am having chemo at the moment and go on to rads and tamoxifen. Although things happen really quickly, I found that you do have time to adjust to things as you go along which helps you to come to terms with what is happening to you.
Ask anything yuo can think of, either at your appointments or give the helpline on here a call, the ladies are very helpful.
