As the title says, I’m going in for this op on Tuesday and I’m feeling very anxious about it all, particularly the recovery period.
Im young (30) and fit so hoping that helps but also have two under 5’s so worried about how I’ll be able to take care if them. I’ve got lots of help but they are very ‘mummy’ orientated and boisterous!
Does any one have any advice on what op was like for them or things that’ll make recovery easier?

i have had diep and i am in my 30s with 2 children
you will need some help for the first week after your op as your tummy will be very tight and you wont be able to stand straight for a while
the op was ok for me and i healed really well

If my SNB is clear I’ll be doing this in November and am terrified, so nice to see some coming out the other side.
