Hi, I had a WLE early last year. Am now considering mastopexy on the affected side, and mammoplasty on “good” side to match up. My surgeon has advised that the main risk is that the radiotherapy on the affected side may mean a poor blood supply which could mean problems with healing. Has anyone been in this position and what was the outcome for you? Many thanks
