not as far as I know. If you feel like it, iay be an idea - to keep this thread alive - as I am sure many of us struggle, too.
As I have some of my own experience with this- I may be able to support you a litte.

Hi I am 50 next month. Struggling with hot sweats and very bad back ache and body pain. I don’t know if the tamoxifen is giving me these problems too x
Wow thank you Sue that’s amazing! My cancer had spread to my lymph nodes so I had to have full clearance. I hadn’t started any symptoms of the menopause before. I have recently had blood tests which confirm I am in the menopause and my oncologist will look at the oestrogen levels. He did mention switching me to a different drug but didn’t want to do it too soon. I do wonder what would happen if I stopped taking the tamoxifen.
You are still very young! Such an awful thing to have to go through. I had already had a part hysterectomy in 2011. I then Had breast implants in 2013 and then BC in 2014. What a shock!! I’ve been very lucky compared to others. I got through the chemo ok and had the cold cap which was painful but amazing.
Have you put weight on? I have piles it on my appetite is unreal - that has to be the drugs. They put me I anti depressants for the flushes which helped but the weight piled on. I’ve since come off them.
It seems like a constant battle and its hard for other around me as they don’t feel what I am feeling.
