Menstruating again after almost 13 years!

My dx and treatment began in 2002. Stage 4 with Mets to liver. After chemo (ACT) and surgery to remove tumor on my liver, I was placed on Arimidex with quarterly Lupton injections which I continued until about 2 years ago (about 10 years). My edstrodiol levels have consistently shown numbers indicating I was not in menopause, but neither my onco or GP had any idea if I would start menstruating again. This morning, after 2 treatment-free years, my period returned. Has anyone else experienced this, and is it a huge concern? I was premenopausal prior to dx at age 41. I plan to call my GP on Monday but of course over the weekend my brain will be racing and my anxiety high. Can anyone give me any info to help me normalize this, if there is such a thing? Thanks!
