Message for Eileen 765 Hello Eileen,
I’ve noticed from your posts you’re having rads at Christies. I’m being treated there and finished mine at the beginning of May.
I was wondering how do you find being treated by male radiographers?Don’t get me wrong they were all lovely but I must admit I really would have preferred to be seen to by females only.
Is it just me being ultra-sensitive? I don’t know. I do know that there’s enough staff there to put BC patients with female staff.
At my 4 boosters sessions in a different suite there was a couple of lads younger than my own sons and I hated being lay there boob hanging out…
It’s probably just me being a right mard a**e! 
I’d be interested to know what you think.

I have been seen by women mainly. There was a student male there but I think that’s all I was at suite 1. I am under Dr Misra and one day his assistant saw me he was like a film star straight out of Bollywood. When he asked to see my scar I really didn’t want to show it to him. I am 57 and him being so dushy made it harder to show my messy scar. I don’t have to have boosters. not sure why. Also never in and out like I was told it is always about half an hour wait on suite 1. Love Eileen

I was with Dr Magee so did’nt get to see dishy student (rats!).
Had my 6 week check up last week and alls well so hopefully I won’t have to see him again. Touch wood about a million times! lol
