message for Slippy Following your posting on joint pain, I decided to follow up mine with breast care nurse. She talked to doctor and he requested a blood test and hip x ray. I have just returned from the hospital and will get results Wednesday. Although the nurse said she felt there is nothing to worry about i am reassured to have the tests done… just a matter of that bloody wait again, i don’t quite feel up to this so soon after treatment. For Libby Thanks for your reply. I will get on to the BCC nurse on Monday. I am at the hospital on Tuesday for Pre-op for preventative 2nd Masectomy with tissue Expander which is on the 14th Feb. Had the last one last April and finished Chemo and Rads 3 weeks before Christmas. It’s never ending but will feel much better when it’s done. I am triple neg so no safety net. Hope your results are good.
