went to my check up today ,(been going for4yrs) and just today been offered mld!!! cant beleive it ive had this for so long now its a real bore getting the right sleeve ,being careful with arm re scratches ,bloods etc my arm today is 25% bigger again so am to have a garment that looks like a straight jacket .and new arm sleeve that attaches to bra strap! how absolutely charming im going to look ,what about being feminine ? good job i live alone as any man who sees this would run a mile lol!! but good thing is im having the massage at long last.
all i can say girls is percivere you never know one day you too could be getting the treatment you should have had 4 yrs ago BEFORE the arm got so big and painful .

Yay for you! Lymphoedema here too. Mild. 2 months for referral. Got given various types of sleeve, massage instruction, kinesiology taping and 12 sessions of Bowen. Had already taught myself massage technique and bought sleeves (lymphedivas.com, very good) because I didn’t want to wait.
