Wonder if anyone else is/has or are going through the same thing. I had ovaries removed March this year and have been on Arimidex since April. I feel quite well in myself but every so often have 3 or 4 days of extreme fatigue, mood swings (one minute shouting at hubby and son, next minute crying, next minute feeling so miserable and then just want to go and hibernate) and just not being me. Hubby had a bit of a retaliation and said he thought the pmt would have finished when I started all the treatment. Got to thinking, this happens about every 4 weeks or so. I know I am going through a medically induced menopause, but is it possible to still have a monthly cycle without the actual periods which is causing these symptoms? As said above they only last 3/4 days then I am back to my normal self.
Any comments would be so reassuring - beginning to think I am really loopy.
