I was wondering if anyone knows approximately how long before the results are to hand.  I had the scan Tuesday morning. They are looking for bone mets.  Thanks x

Mine was about 2 weeks as it had to be discussed by the Medical Treatment board who meet once a week to discuss all the cases.Think with it being Easter and 2 bank holidays they might not be as quick as usual.

Hi any news on Mri?

 

I just hate waiting, appointment letters never arrive prompt, always last minute, never at a time that suits me to fit in 1 hour journey to hospital and kids to school.

Saw GP this morning.  Nothing back re MRI scan. He seems to think this may be good, because as a rule of thumb they come back quick if there is anything.  Personally I have never known anything come back quick?    

So so back to waiting again.  I only want to know if it’s good news.  I much prefer ostrich mode at the moment … head buried and bum in the air ?
