Hi all.
Am fairly new to this website and wondered if anyone can tell me where I can found out what all the abbreviations mean as in NED, HO etc. Would be great to know as have read lots of posts, also I saw there is a book “Little Things can make a big difference”. Any ideas where I could get one of those? Any help would be appreciated. My mum is 83 and I feel the more I know the better I can support her as she is very worried and confused.
