Hope everyone is well, have signed up in a new name, i was previously saraden
well my twin had to have a emergancy mastectomy in dec as the tumours had not shrunk with the chemo, they had actually doubled in size, they have said that it was a very aggressive form of cancer, they have also taken 12 nodes and found cancer in two of them, she now has to have four possibly six more chemos then six weeks of radio, but she is doing ok, actually surprised everyone by coming out of hospital the day after the op, hope you are all ok and keeping well,

So pleased that your sister is doing Ok and hope that the forthcoming chemo and rads are successful. What type is the aggressive cancer that she has?

I think that they said that it is stage 3 type 3, she knows that she has got to fight this and is really strong and they have also said that they will not do recon straight away in case it comes back,

i think i got that wrong, its stage three and i think it started in the ducts.

sorry got it all wrong so i shall start again, the tumours were a grade three aggressive dcis, with 2/12 nodes affected, got it right this time, lol
