so sorry to hear about the loss of your brother and dad 
you ask away no need to ever apologise on here, everyone understands and gets it and when you shoot down rabbit holes, you find other bcn people down them too, you then get together and burrow yourselves a team tunnel back up to the 
encouraging each other along ring the team on here and speak to a nurse about diet or ask your team about seeing a dietitian I think others on here have followed Liz o’rorden I think it is, anyone out there can help point Sam at this please?
