New to Chemo! Obsessed with Nutrition.

I am a 43 year old single woman without children. I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in December 2014 and I’ve had two “EC” chemo treatments for my Stage 2 Breast Cancer that has also spread to my lymph nodes. I am HER2 positive. Chemo number 3 is tomorrow. :frowning:

I couldn’t find out much about nutrition or exercise anywhere and I was really terrified of my first Chemo treatment. I had no idea what would happen or how I would feel. Also, no one seemed to want to commit one way or the other about the benefits of nutrition, so I have been researching it non stop!

I started a blog about all of this and so far (touch wood) I’ve had next to no side effects from my chemo.

_ I do not profess to be any kind of expert _ and I realise everyone’s journey is different, but I just thought someone may find my journey interesting and useful… I wanted to share it to help others, as I didn’t have much help or support myself. This is simply my take on things. So please dont berate me. Each to their own!!

If anyone would like a link to my blog please message me and I will send it out. ((apparantly it’s not appropriate for me to copy and paste it in here according to the moderators - sorry!))

Happy Reading.

Liz
