I was diagnosed with dcis in June just from a normal mammogram. Biopsie was fine apart from the machine didn’t work and some was taken from area that had no anesthetic but all sorted. Took 3 lots of surgery to get enough margin. But I am lucky so many have much worse than me. Radiotherapy starts next Wednesday for 3 weeks been ok till now but now cry over silly things, guess it’s the unknown, I read all the blogs and I am so lucky compared to so many others

Here you can share your thoughts and concerns with someone who will offer you a listening ear as well as emotional support and practical information. So sorry to hear of your diagnosis, and the problem with your biopsy!! Scary!! We all get emotional now and then. Oddly I was ok at the beginning, it’s only now (DX 2012, mastectomy, 3 lymph nodes removed, chemo and now Anastrazole) that I’m a bag of anxiety and emotions. :womanfrustrated:
