Hi Suzymac
So very sorry to hear another mx for one of our lovely ladies, l have today returned home from hospital after having a mx! l have already had a lumpectomy, then a margin clearance, then l was told a mx was needed, so l was devastated. No it isn’t easy and yes there will be lots of tears, l have only cried once since the mx, but cried so many times before the op! thought the tears were never going to stop…But they do, l hope you have lots of support from family and friends, such a big help. But yes it is a terrible time, when you think you can’t get through this, but you will, and you will be told by so many, one step at a time…2 weeks! still very early days, you are still in shock, i am three months from being diagnosed and still not come to terms with it, but l am living with it, some days good and some not so good, and that is all we can do at the moment. On your journey you will meet others, try and get to some support groups, they really do help, just to have someone to talk to that is going through similar to you, makes you think you are not the only one!
Sending Lots of Hugs

Hi Suzymac
Just wanted to say hi and so sorry you are having a difficult time at the moment. It’s totally understandable you have tears this is such a big thing to get your head around. Sending you a big hug and wishing you well with your treatment. You will find much support on here and like Sandra says meeting other people going through the same thing really helps.
Best wishes

Hi suzymac
sending you big cyber hugs, i was diagnosed in march and agree, this is totally crp and unfair. You are at the worst bit now, it does get easier to function, but just be kind to yourself and don’t read too much as there will be things that are unlikely to ever affect you but they will scare you to death and stick in your head if you read too far ahead.
Keep in touch, we all know how devastating this is
