Newly diagnosed BC

Hi all, I was diagnosed on 28th December with BC. I went to my doctor in november with pain in my right breast. I was told it was a cyst but was referred to the local breast care unit. I went to my appt on 14th December still told it was a cyst. They aspirated the cyst and then underneath they found a lump. They did a biopsy there and then. Results came through 28th December and was diagnosed. I had my WLE and sentinel node biopsy on 14th January. 21st January called back and have been told that there are signs it is in my lymph nodes. I go back on Monday 28th January for a axillary clearance. I feel like I am dreaming, and on a roller coaster. I am trying to be positive and upbeat as that is my character, but I am so scared. I turned 43 at Christmas, and never thought I would be going through this, silly I know as none of us do. All I can say is that all the professionals that I have dealt with so far have been amazing. I am determined to keep smiling and get through this.
