I have worked for NHS for over 20 years. But recently I transferred trusts. I am under going Chemo and have been hospitalised due to chemo.
Is my sick leave entitlement before going onto half pay calculated on time with the trust or time with the NHS. They are trying to put me onto half pay after 1 month sick leave

I work for the NHS and had a short break of 6 months from the Trust and then worked with their Trust Bank team for 10 months before getting a fixed term contract back with the same part with whom I had previously work, and whilst my annual leave entitlement was canculated back to my starting date as uninterrupted service because it was less than 12 months between leaving and returning, in relation to my sick pay I was on the standard 2 month full and 2 months half pay, but I do not know how it works in transferring Trusts.
Have you got a copy of the sickness policy for your new Trust to see what it says in there?
Not under TUPE. I applied for another med sec post so finished in Worcestershire on the Friday and started at Birmingham on the Monday.
