had to rest a lot today and now can;t sleep- tomorrow will be pooped and have a busy day and it will be HOT !!!
having another go at going to bed - perhaps can persuade the cat to come

Hi Fizbix, didn’t want to chat on other line because of the serious issue. I am so grateful that you wrote those words “the worst thing” as I said they have always helped me through. Thankyou. I never clicked that it was you who had written them but am so pleased that you did.
My naughtiness! is not pink fluffy nighties, honestly. It is because years ago I worked in Belfast in the troubles for five years, after this I worked in Russia when the communist regime fell. I was then involved in a bad car accident and it harmed me more mentally than physically. I had complex traumatic stress disorder [would believe people were going to shoot me etc and act accordingly!] but was not diagnosed correctly. Instead I was labelled as mad and bad and locked in a mental hospital for 14 months and forcibly medicated.
[This information not for a sympathy vote just to explain.] When a wonderful doctor, my saviour, recognised what was wrong with me and helped me I was able to fully recover.
Anyway once this was sorted I became a free spirit, after all nothing worse can be done to me. So in my own little way, as long as I harm noone, I do what I want. It gave me a new ,childlike ,perspective on life enjoy, enjoy, happiness is here now not something to be dreamed of. [Not quite sure how into this I am at the moment].
So as my grandchildren are growing they share in the ‘naughty’ unconvential things.

And thus I earned the name Naughty Nanny Margaret H…

Hey Naughty Nanny - so glad you felt able to share this … for various previous health scare reasons I too agree happiness is here now, not something to be dreamed of, and to me bc is just a hurdle on the road of happiness, which I am on. Power to you girl.
Wow Margaret - i am gobsmacked!!! the last thing i expected … thank goodness for that doctor - it must have been like living in a film!
It’s very worrying how often fact is stranger than fiction isn’t it?
Thanks so much for telling me - after I wrote it I did wonder whether I might have been offensive! … whew … a bit (lot?) relieved …
Really glad your story has got a happy ending … I have definitely lightened up a bit after this experience so you must be positively floaty and free after all that!..
