no feeling in breast

Hi

Please could anyone tell me whether this is normal - after nearly 8 months I have no feeling in the breast which had the cancer and it is very firm?

Not sure if it’s normal but just over a year after all treatment (WLE, ANC, chemo and rads) I have very little senastion in that boob. My BCN just shrugged when I told her - I think the surgery is so invasive there is a lot of nerve damage and this happens unfortunately.
