I am part way through my treatment for BC. Have had mastectomy, axillary clearance, chemo and about to start rads. I have a friend who has secondary mets in her bones and is quite ill.
Today another friend of mine had further tests after finding nodes on her scar tissue. She had BC 15 yr ago, then re-occurance 7 yrs ago, now she has it for a third time.
She is amazing, so strong. She will be having a mastectomy this time. Don’t know why I am telling you this really, just had to off load, feeling a bit down, too many people have this awful desease.
