i have grade 3 breast cancer and might not be able to have surgery, has anyone been through this, im not coping and am totally devastated that i cant get my lil alien aken our as planned. not sure what alternatives there are as yet but need some help please not coping at all x
Why have they said you cant have surgery ? Maybe you need Chemo first to shrink the tumour. It may be good to get a second opinion.
When do you back to see your consultant ? Make a list of things you want to ask and take someone with you , who can hear and digest all the consultant says.
Sending you positive vibes to cope with the worry and turmoil of it all. The first few days after diagnosis are always the worst.

I have secondary breast cancer and they won’t remove my lump, I have told my consultant it would be a psychological victory, I have just finished my second round of chemo in less than 18 months, I am hoping that she will consider it when I see her in August after my next ct scan, I am only 42 and was diagnosed with cancer 22 months ago, I keep hoping that I will defy them x
i had my surgery in the end, they were worried bout pre-existing conditions and cos im on warfarin. had op on thursday and am self injecting clexane now for the next few days, warfarin inr has gone down to 1.2 from 2.8 so got to be careful atm.
npt sure how i feel yet basically on lots of pain killers so feel bit drugged up at present, friday is results day so got to get to there now xx
