I’m from York originally and my husband has offices in Selby and is there today infact!! How far on with your treatment are you and what are you having done? I’ve just had my third lot of chemo after having a WLE and SLB.

I had a WLE and have just as in yesterday had a SLNB so results back next week. Consultant is quite certain it my results will be negative but quite scary all the not knowing. How you coping with the chemo as thats the one area i struggle to get my head round.
Yeah chemo isn’t good but doeable. My lymph nodes came back negative too but I am herceptin positive so have to have the chemo in order to have herceptin!! I’m having radio therapy too as my lump was high up near to my chest wall so they couldn’t remove as much of the surrounding tissue as they would have liked!! It’s amazing what chaos a small lump can cause!!! Fingers crossed for your results.

I guess I have been lucky to date as they were able to completely remove my 9mm lump with clear margins. What kind of lump is yours - mine was a ILC which is rarer than IDC but better prognosis (apparently). Have to agree re the huge impact something so small can have on your world!
I have to say just swapping messages with someone going through a similar experience is really helping me so hope its good for you too.
