Not happy / confident with my BCN

Can someone tell me the best way to get my BCN changed? who do I ask?

I don’t feel my BCN is sincere and feel so annoyed that she took my leaking  drain out ( on day 6 when I was still producing 125mls lymph) with the result that I have a painful seroma which is now due to be drained for the 3rd time.
