Of course I'm scared

Hi
I’m going to have 3 weeks of radiotherapy. 15 sessions on left side of chest and left collarbone.
I only dread one thing - and it’s fatigue (It’s triggering my anxiety and panic disorder).
I had horrendous extreme fatigue after axillary clearance - I genuinely thought I’m on a deathbed. I couldn’t walk more than 5 meters and eating one meal took me up to 6 hours.
Is this post radiotherapy fatigue anything like this?
I live alone, I have no one to help me, and I’m not going to lie - if it’s like this I’m not sure I’m going to go through this.
Sorry for long rant
Thank you
K

Hello, radiotherapy can make you weary, but for the majority it is not debilitating. I had 20 sessions and had my appointment first thing in a morning, then went to work. I was weary towards the end, but it didn’t slow me down much. I recovered pretty quicky too. Hope your sessions whizz by and go smoothly. Best wishes.
