Just started on oral vinorelbine for liver and bone mets, and was wondering if anyone else had been purely on the oral regime?
I had capecetabline for 8 cycles which was fab with hardly anything to remind me i was on chemo, but unfortunatly that didnt work, so theyve switched me to 6 cycles of vinorelbine.
As always, any info gratefully received!
Snap! Capectitabine didn’t work for me either. Just on second week of third cycle of navelbine. I took anti nausea an hour before taking tablets. Made sure I drank lots. First cycle went fine. Having mx mid nov so having a break from it. I have bone mets dx at same time as primary.
Have felt a bit tired on these but generally ok

I had Vinorelbine combined with Capecitabine for 8 three weekly doses over last winter and was fine, very few side effects and it worked well for me. Good luck with it.
