i had my diep reconstruction 3 years ago and an up lift on the other side a little while after, is it normal for things to still ache, or is it scar tissue trying to heal, the only way i can describe it is like an ache behind the nipple of my up lifted one, and an all over ache on my reconstructed one, more of a painfull ache than a dull ache, could it be because i tend to fall asleep on my front, thankyou for reading x
