hi, just wondering if anyone has had this problem after reconstructive surgery, i had a ld recon with implant, this is my second one, and i have had constant pain from where the port sits, not too severe, just niggling, for the past 6 days i have had rather a lot of pain in the rib area underneath the port it feels as if i have been kicked, also i am suffering stomach ache a bit like period pains but a lot higher up, i had the op in late October 2008, so i am not sure if this is a late infection or what. i am going to see the gp for my repeat prescriptions on Wed, but would like to hear from other women who have had this problem.
