Need advise…
I had my 1st chemo on wed 26th Sep on the 1st day of my period. Now 10 days later, I still having my period when usually it lasted for 7 days. Now I am worried that I might be bleeding for other reasons.
Any thoughts?

you could check out a thread that i started but which lots of people contributed to about periods during chemo…i don’t think your experience sounds too unusual! hope your experience of chemo is going ok otherwise.

Mate my periods continued all the way through my chemo…had a one way chat (while being slightly off my face lol) with the oncologist…hmmm you promised they would stop…you liiiiiiied lol.
Im guessing that they took you off whatever contraception you were using previous to your diagnosis, so your period could just be going doolally from that. I wouldnt worry about it chica. Just try and keep track on your calendar of when they were etc…cos sometimes itll turn up early…and sometimes itll turn up late…the longest i went was 43 days…and I was panicking…as you do…then it decided to pitch up with a vengence. Mind you, nothing worse than having a period at the best of times, but having it when its chemo weeks just sucks major big eggs.
