I appear to be starting Docetaxel alongside Herceptin and Perjeta next week, is anyone else on this combination? x

I don’t come on the forum too much but your post caught my eye as I am due to start the same combo on the 16th/17th October . I had one fec treatment before and used cold cap and it seemed to work for me so I want to keep going … I’m not sure if the perjeta responds to cold capping did you use it at all ?

Hi. I have now finished my 6 treatments of TPH and have had 1 PH only. Over all I have found it doable and the PH on its own so far is fine. I am having 3 weeks of radiotherapy but I already feel like my old self. I will continue with PH for as long as it works which I hope is a very long time. I was quite lucky as they found my spot on the liver early and they say is very treatable and I seem to have taken everything they have thrown at me quite well. They dont seem to want to take any chances and although they cant be sure until my scan results come through that it definately is cancer they prefer to treat it as if it is.
