I’ve got a mastectomy and diep flap reconstruction on 9th August and looking for pillows for my tummy and boob on the way home and pillows for home for sleep and being around the house.
There seem to be millions out there! Anyone got any pointers on what they’ve found best? Seems a bit of a mine field. I’ve got to buy lots of different underwear as well so you may see another post shortly for help with that!!

I had a cushion similar to this-hope the pic comes up. It had a strap too. I used it all day and for bed. And you’ll defo need something for going out in the car the first few weeks!! X

I used the cushion advised previously at home and when travelling also had a v pillow to sleep at 45 degrees. Underwear just in case M&S nonwired total suport bras (cotton) and M&S firm support brief as advised 24 hours a day for 12 weeks thankfully no post op complications. Hope this helps.
