I posted earlier because I’ve got a swelling under my armpit
So I’ve just had a shower and thought I’d do a thorough check of my breasts just in case, how I missed it I don’t know, think I just normally skim over which is really bad I know, I must have been just been overly focused on the armpit. But there it is, a definite lump. Left breast, same side as the swelling, about half a finger away from the nipple towards the armpit. I don’t have to press hard to find it, it’s about the size of a grape and feels like a golf ball.
Absolutely panicking now, I’m seeing the Dr tomorrow afternoon, what do I do

You’ve done what you need to do in doing something about it.
Of all the things it can be, bc is the least likely outcome & most women get the all clear.
I take it you are seeing your gp tomorrow, in which case, dont worry if you get referred to the breast clinic, it is normal procedure.

What Ann says it correct, you are seeing your GP tomorrow, just show them where you have found the lump, they might well refer you to your local breast clinic, which is normal practice as they are the experts in breast conditions, and remember they do not just deal with breast cancer, there are many many other benign breast condition. We will get you through this and are here to support you.
