I’ve just been invited for pre op next week but no one has confirmed when I will have surgery. How long did you wait after pre op for surgery. I’m waiting for a mastectomy x
Had my pre op Thursday…no date given because, the Nurse thought my lung function wasn’t the best. Actually, I had a missed call from the clinic about an hour ago…damn, I had only slipped across the road to say hello to my neighbour and didn’t hear the phone go.
Anyway, I do remember the Nurse saying that they don’t keep us ‘breast girls’ waiting too long …maybe a week or two after pre-op.
I’m sure other friends will give you more info.
