Publicising
Publicising It will soon be a month since the last time something was posted on this site.
I was wondering whether there should be something done to make it more widely known.
There must be many men who have had breast cancer during the past few months, and would like to get in touch with other men for help and advice, but who do not know of this site.
Would it be possible for the men’s forum to be advertised on the front home page of BCC’s website from time to time?
This way maybe more men will be aware of this resource.
Or is the fact that few men post here due to men not being prepared to “come out"?

Re Publicity Hi Mitch - good point - but it is a know fact that men dont talk about problems - they prefer to sort them out on there own - its a shame but thats how it is - some are OK with talking (the few who use this site) and others who want information to get them through the problem and thats it.
I do agree that more information should be available - maybe Men could be mentioned whenever Breast Cancer is publicised - the number has increased for people with breast cancer - from 41000+ the new number is 44000+ - how many of this new figure are Men?
