Question on surgery for potential phyllodes tumor

There is a surgery called percutaneous vaccum-assisted excision that produces a small c. 2mm scar versus the traditional excisional surgery. Does anyone know if anywhere in London offers this?

There is another alternative called cryoablation which kills the fibroadenoma by freezing it and allowing the body to absorb it after. It seems this is a new technology from the US, developed 10 years ago so I am not sure if it is offered in the UK as well.

My story:

I did a core biopsy and the results of the samples indicate fibroadenoma/benign. However because the lump grew to 1.5cm-2cm within a year, and the ultrasound indicate high blood vessel activity around the lump, the breast consultant cannot make a definite conclusion that the entire lump is fibroadenoma/benign. She said there is a chance this might be an undetected phyllodes tumor, a rare type of “borderline cancer”.

After weighing the pros and cons, I don’t want to bear the risk of getting a phyllodes tumor undetected. However, given this is a rare cancer there is a high likelihood that it is just a fibro and i am worried about getting a scar on my breast. Now the doctor said she will do a semi circle around my nipple to hide the scar but from what I read here and online it does seem the scar is visible and stays with you forever.
